WHISKEY

Brewed by distilling malted grains such as rye, corn, wheat, or barley, whiskey is among the most diverse spirits on the list. Actually, the whiskey category includes a huge variety of spirits, from bourbon to scotch.

CORDIALS

Cordials are made by mixing or redistilling neutral spirits, brandy, rum or other spirits with natural ingredients such as fruit, herbs and cream.

VODKA

Vodka is the most used spirit for cocktails, largely due to its neutral flavor. Vodka is made from several resources, most commonly grains, such as rye, rice, wheat and vegetables, like corn and potatoes.

RUM

Rum is arguably one of the earliest known spirits due to its simple production process. Rum is made from sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The sugarcane is fermented and then distilled.

TEQUILA

Tequila is a distilled spirit made from the blue Agave or Agave Azul, and produced only in five areas of Mexico. It can be drunk on its own or in a cocktail.

GIN

Gin is a clear, distilled spirit with dominant botanical flavors of juniper, flowers, and fresh and dried fruit. Gin serves as the basis for many classic cocktails and is also often added to hot tea and juices.
