Tequila Recipes
Classic Margarita
Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces tequila
-
1 ounce cointreau
-
3/4 ounce lime juice
-
1/4 tsp sea salt (for garnish)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds, until frosted on the outside.

Rub the rim of a coupe or rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip the glass into a plate filled with flaky sea salt to rim.

Strain cocktail into rimmed glass.
Ranch Water
Ingredients:

1 ½ ounces silver (blanco) tequila
-
1 ounce fresh lime juice, plus lime wedges for serving

Teeny tiny pinch of fine salt

Sparkling water, preferably Topo Chico or Mineragua
Directions:

Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice. Pour in the tequila and lime juice. Add a tiny sprinkle of salt to bring out the flavors.

Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water. Gently stir once with a spoon to mix. Add a lime wedge and serve at once.
Paloma
Ingredients:

Ice
-
3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
-
2 ounces reposado tequila
-
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
-
1 ounce chilled club soda
-
1 ounce lemon-lime soda
-
1 lime wheel
Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the grapefruit juice, reposado tequila and lime juice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with the club soda and Sprite and garnish with the lime wedge.
