Cordial Recipes
Rhubarb Julep

Ingredients:
- 
2 oz. Bourbon 
- 
Rhubarb Cordial 
- 
Mint Leaves 
- 
Rhubarb strands (for garnish) 
- 
Water/Club Soda 
Directions:
- 
In a glass, add the rhubarb cordial. Fill with ice (preferably crushed but if you don’t have crushed, cubes are fine too). Then carefully tilt the glass and fill with a bit of water or club soda. Using a spoon, pour bourbon over top and layer on the top of the drink. Garnish with mint, rhubarb and a straw (so your guests can stir all the ingredients together after being wow’d by the beautiful presentation). 

Blood Orange Sangria
Ingredients:
- 
9.5 oz Blood Orange Cordial 
- 
1 L red zinfandel 
- 
1 L soda water 
- 
1 lemon, sliced 
- 
1 blood orange, sliced 
- 
3 oz fresh raspberries 
Directions:
- 
Combine all ingredients except club soda in your serving vessel 
- 
Stir 20 seconds, chill, and steep for at least an hour before serving 
- 
Add soda and plenty of ice and serve in a wine glass 
- 
Garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice 

Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients:
- 
handful of ice 
- 
25ml elderflower liqueur 
- 
20ml gin 
- 
90ml prosecco 
- 
35ml soda water, for topping up 
- 
lime slices, to garnish 
Directions:
- 
Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the elderflower liqueur. 
- 
Add the gin and prosecco, then top up with soda water and garnish with lime slices to serve.
